School I didn't finish high school, but instead joined the Army, went to VA, then Germany. I loved every minute of it - of course there were 10 men to every woman! Got out and went back to Alameda for a while, then on to Alaska to be with my now husband. We now have 2 kids (plus dogs!). Got a degree in Business Admin. (marketing emphasis), worked a lil bit, and now stay home to be the ultimate mom/domestic Goddess! (Trumpets, please ~ dunt-du-do-done!) Favorite teachers Bessard and Sanchez (? Spanish teacher). To me, they were the two of the few who seemed to actually LIKE their jobs! Mrs. Bessard, I can type over 80 wpm now! I also adored Mr. Haber, but I think I had him at Chipman - great guy! Biggest H.S regrets - Not getting a 1987 yearbook and not paying closer attention in class. I recently went back to Alameda (8/04), and can't believe how much has changed (the BVs are sooo dif.), and so much has stayed the same. I forgot how beautiful Alameda is. I remember when all I lived for was roller skating and beach walking. However, I love Alaska and can't imagine living anywhere else (that is, until I get cabin fever and have to jet off to Florida for vacation!).
